Shipping Policy

Orders placed on our website are shipped through recognized logistics partners to all regions of Brazil, up to 2 business days after receiving confirmation of payment from the institution responsible for billing.

To check shipping costs and times, select the items you want to purchase and click "Add to Cart." Then, enter your zip code, and the cost and time will be calculated automatically.

Attention:

• The delivery period begins after payment approval. Once your payment is approved, you will be notified by email;
• All orders are subject to analysis and approval of registration data, which may take longer to confirm payment;

Payment Policy

The delivery period indicated in the order starts counting from the date of payment identification, which varies according to the payment method:

• Credit Card between four (4) and seventy-two (72) business hours
• Pix in up to one hour
• Bank Slip: after clearing, which can take up to 2 business days

Therefore, if you need to receive your delivery urgently, we suggest paying by Credit Card or Pix.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In some cities, deliveries may be made on Saturdays during business hours. If you are away, or if there is a need to confirm the recipient's address and/or name, or if the box is held for analysis and validation by the appropriate agencies, the delivery time will be paused.
